Abstract

Afifah Nugraheni, NIM : 170101762. PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENILAIAN KINERJA OPERASIONAL BERBASIS WEB DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN DATA FLOW DIAGRAM PADA PT SYNCRUM LOGISTICS. Tugas Akhir, Jakarta: Politeknik APP. September 2020.

Penilaian kinerja operasional sangat penting dilakukan untuk mengenal kekurangan dan kelebihan dalam proses bisnis yang sedang dijalankan, membantu manajemen dalam mengambil keputusan, dan secara tidak langsung menjadi alat dalam mengendalikan proses bisnis yang ada di dalam perusahaan. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rancangan sistem informasi berbasis web mengenai penilaian kinerja operasional pada PT Syncrum Logistics. Pencatatan data yang masih kurang terorganisir dan penilaian kinerja operasional yang bergantung pada sejumlah kecil pelanggan menjadi hambatan dalam evaluasi kinerja operasional PT Syncrum Logistics yang sesungguhnya. Maka dari itu, diperlukan suatu mekanisme baku mengenai penilaian kinerja operasional untuk internal PT Syncrum Logistics. Dengan mempertimbangkan kemudahan dalam rekapitulasi, kemudahan dalam proses pengisian data oleh karyawan, dan dibutuhkannya tempat penyimpanan data yang terorganisir maka diusulkan rancangan sistem informasi berbasis web. Alat bantu yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web ini adalah data flow diagram. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah rancangan sistem informasi yang akan digunakan untuk penilaian kinerja operasional yang dilakukan secara rutin. Penggunaan sistem informasi akan membantu dalam hal pengelolaan data sehingga lebih terorganisir dan mudah dalam pemantauan capaian kinerja.
