Abstract

Bayu Setiyawan. NIM: 150100511. USULAN PERBAIKAN TATA LETAK GUDANG OBAT GENERIK MENGGUNAKAN METODE DEDICATED STORAGE DI AREA SIMPAN OBAT GENERIK BERKUALITAS (OGB) 2 NATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER (NDC) PT KIMIA FARMA (PERSERO) TBK JAKARTA. Laporan Tugas Akhir, Jakarta: Politeknik APP. Agustus 2018.

Laporan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk memberikan usulan perbaikan tata letak gudang dalam penempatan obat generik cairan dan non-cairan di area simpan OGB 2 National Distribution Center (NDC) PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk Jakarta. Terdapat zona produk obat generik cairan dan non-cairan di area simpan OGB 2 menggunakan rak. Penempatan hanya dilakukan pada area rak yang kosong. Produk obat generik dengan jenis yang berbeda menjadi bercampur, sehingga proses pencarian produk menjadi lama dan perpindahan produk obat generik menjadi jauh. Laporan Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metode dedicated storage untuk menempatkan produk obat generik cairan dan non-cairan pada satu lokasi penyimpanan. Slot penyimpanan sebagai satuan penyimpanan. Setiap rak memiliki 8 slot penyimpanan. Setiap obat generik yang disimpan memiliki kapasitas slot yang berbeda. Sisa slot yang ada digunakan untuk produk obat generik tender. Penempatan produk didasarkan pada aktivitas per slot tertinggi hingga terendah menentukan dekat atau jauh dengan I/O point untuk mendapatkan jarak perpindahan terendah. Kondisi awal didapatkan jarak tempuh untuk zona obat generik cairan sebesar 7599.08 m dan jarak tempuh usulan sebesar 4293.58 m. Zona obat generik non-cairan didapatkan jarak tempuh awal 4985.56 m dan jarak tempuh usulan 3025.65 m. Persentase penurunan jarak 43% untuk zona obat generik cairan dan 39% untuk zona obat generik non-cairan.
