Abstract

Sukristianto. NIM: 170101343. PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN MATERIAL STAND POUCH 2 LITER MENGGUNAKAN METODE PROBABILISTIK PADA PT MINYAK NABATI. Laporan Tugas Akhir, Jakarta: Politeknik APP Jakarta. September 2020

Persediaan merupakan sebuah aset berjalan yang perlu dikendalikan agar perusahaan tidak kekurangan ataupun kelebihan persediaan. Laporan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan inventory material stand pouch 2 liter terkait dengan lot pemesanan, safety stock, jumlah kekurangan dan ongkos total persediaan yang optimal. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengelohan data yaitu, perhitungan kebijakan inventory menggunakan metode Probabilisik Q Back Order dan Probabilistik P Back Order, menggunakan metode Probabilistik Back Order karena konsumen mau menunggu apabila persediaan stand pouch 2 liter kurang. Konsumen dalam kasus ini adalah Departemen Production. Sedangkan untuk peramalan menggunakan metode Trend Liner, dikarenakan permintaan aktual memiki Trend naik. Berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan kebijakan inventori bulan Juni 2019-Mei 2020 metode Probabilisik Q Back Order memiliki ongkos total inventory yang paling optimal dibandingkan dengan metode dan Probabilistik P Back Order dan ongkos total aktual perusahaan, maka dari itu dan Probabilistik Q Back Order dijadikan sebagai metode usulan untuk menghitung kebijakan inventory periode selanjutnya yaitu bulan Juni 2020-Mei 2021. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut diperoleh lot pemesanan stand pouch sebesar 1.652.194 pcs, kemudian waktu pemesanan PT Minyak Nabati setiap persediaan sebesar 2.502.744 pcs, jumlah safety stock yang harus disiapkan sebesar 120.545 pcs, dan dengan ongkos total persediaan sebesar Rp.53.727.109.848.
