Abstract

Lusi Lestari. NIM: 170101294. Analisis Waste Pada Proses Pengiriman Produk Menggunakan Metode Lean Distribution Pada PT Dos Ni Roha Cabang Cakung. Tugas Akhir, Jakarta : Politeknik APP Jakarta. November 2020.

Tujuan tugas akhir ini ialah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis alur
pendistribusian barang PT Dos Ni Roha Cabang Cakung serta faktor utama penyebab waste pendistribusian barang. PT Dos Ni Roha Cabang Cakung merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang mendistribusikan produk farmasi berupaobat-obatan serta alat kesehatan, dalam pelaksanaannya ditemukan masalah waste
pendistribusian barang ke pelanggan. Hasil observasi dan wawancara dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan lean distribution. Tools yang digunakan yaitu big picture mapping dan process activity mapping. Dengan kedua tools tersebut diidentifikasi seven waste untuk memperoleh waste kritis (bobot tertinggi) yang kemudian dianalisis faktor penyebab waste tersebut dengan menggunakan
fishbone diagram. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, waste dengan nilai bobot tertinggi yaitu terjadinya pengembalian barang ke gudang dan kirim esok hari. Setelah itu, penggolongan pemborosan yang tidak memiliki nilai akan dianalisis risikonya, dengan menggunakan peta risiko berdasarkan hasil kuesioner.
