Abstract

Yunisa Safira, NIM: 180302192. PENERAPAN DIGITAL MARKETING MELALUI MARKETPLACE SHOPEE PADA PT SOLUSI PANGAN PERWIRATAMA (etanee) DI BOGOR. Tugas Akhir, Jakarta: Politeknik APP Jakarta. Agustus 2021.
Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk memahami aktivitas penerapan digital marketing melalui marketplace shopee pada PT Solusi Pangan Perwiratama (etanee) di Bogor dan untuk memahami permasalahan Digital Marketing pada PT. Solusi Pangan Perwiratama (etanee) di Bogor. Penyusun melakukan kerja praktik dan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung selama tiga bulan. Selama magang penulis ditugaskan pada divisi Digital Marketing yang mengarah pada Kegiatan Digital Marketing yaitu sebagai pengelola ShopeeMall etanee.id di tugas utama serta Partnership dan menjadi admin/CS di tugas tambahan. Terdapat masalah yang ditemukan selama menjalani kerja praktik adalah ketersediaan stock shopee yang kosong karena kurangnya orang dalam pengawasan khusus stok shopee . Dari permasalahan diatas penulis menyarankan pemberian brief dalam kegiatan Digital Marketing lebih baik tidak hanya dari lisan saja namun tulisan pun diperlukan, agar tidak adanya misscomunication. Dan di tingkatkan pencatatan persediaan barang dan ada orang yang mengawasi khusus stock shopee secara berkala minimal setiap harinya atas persediaan produk yang akan di jual. Untuk meminimalisir kekecewaan customer atas produk yang ingin di beli.
