Abstract

Erliani. NIM : 190302717. ANALISIS PERSEPSI KONSUMEN PADA PRODUK PISANG GORENG MADU DI COFFEE SHOP: STUDI KASUS YOMS KOPI & GORENGAN SERPONG. Tugas Akhir, Jakarta : Politeknik APP Jakarta, Juni 2022.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi konsumen pada produk pisang goreng madu di Yoms Kopi & Gorengan Serpong. Analisis persepsi pada penelitian ini dibentuk dari dimensi panca indera, pengalaman dan pengetahuan individu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan software SPSS. Penelitian ini hanya menggunakan satu variabel (univariat). Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah persepsi konsumen. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan metode pengumpulan sampel yaitu Purposive Sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah diperoleh, overall mean score persepsi konsumen pada produk pisang goreng madu di Yoms Kopi & Gorengan Serpong berada pada nilai 4,18 (Sangat Baik).
