Abstract

Vina Annisya Azhar. NIM: 190202633. Prosedur Pengolahan Data Ekspor Divisi Customer Service PT DSV Transport Indonesia. Tugas Akhir, Jakarta: Politeknik APP Jakarta. Juli 2022

Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk melaporkan kegiatan praktik industri yang di lakukan di PT DSV Transport Indonesia pada department Business Consolidation (BCO) divisi Customer Service Export dengan prosedur pengolahan data ekspor intern. Pengumpulan data tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode pengamatan langsung dengan menggunakan catatan kegiatan mingguan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu, melakukan approve booking, konfirmasi overtime request,
melakukan Pengecekan Pada setiap Expired Booking, melakukan booking space ke pihak shipping line, membuat Container Load Plan (CLP), melakukan tracking container, hingga melakukan update data pada sistem My Panalpina, Selain itu, tugas akhir ini juga menjelaskan bahwa terdapat bermacam permasalahan yang dihadapi pada saat kegiatan praktik indusri pada PT DSV Transport Indonesia.
Beberapa permasalahan tersebut yaitu, Booking yang tidak Interface pada System, Delivery Order (DO) yang tidak terbit, adanya human eror pada saat membuat CLP, dan juga adanya human error Pada Saat mengirimkan email. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut dapat di lakukan dengan memiliki delivery order (DO) alternatif dan melakukan double checking untuk meminimalisir terjadinya human error. Solusi tersebut mampu meminmalisir terjadinya kesalahan di kemudian hari.
