Abstract

Ahmad Rayhan Alghaniy Prihandyawan NIM: 190202689. “Laporan Magang Industri di PT Andalan Pacific Samudra Surabaya”. Tugas Akhir, Jakarta: Politeknik APP Jakarta, Juli 2022.
Tugas akhir laporan magang industri ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan dokumen dan pengiriman barang ekspor yang dilakukan oleh PT Andalan Pacific Samudra serta penginputan kepada sistem pelayaran (liner). PT Andalan Pacific Samudra merupakan perusahaan freight forwarding terpercaya dan
terbaik di Surabaya. Adapun kegiatan staf ekspor pada PT Andalan Pacific Samudra seperti menginformasikan jadwal ETA/ETD kapal dari pihak pelayaran (liner), proses input booking container ke sistem liner, proses ambil kontainer, PPJK, dan pembuatan B/L, pengambilan B/L di liner, serta rekapitulasi keuangan dan pajak
(tax). Ketika melakukan kegiatan magang industri, menemukan beberapa permasalahan, seperti tidak mendapatkan slot kontainer yang kosong atau yang diinginkan, proses transaksi keuangan yang lamban, permasalahan pada jaringan internet, dan sistem yang sering error dan terjadi gangguan, dari permasalahan tersebut solusi yang dilakukan adalah memanggil bagian IT untuk mengecek
kendala dan gangguan yang terjadi agar kegiatan operasional bisa dilakukan dengan normal ke
