Abstract

The development of culinary SMEs in Indonesia is still faced with various problems,
causing weak competitiveness of the products made. The main problems faced by SMEs include
limited infrastructure and government access related to licensing and bureaucracy as well as
high levels of levies. With all the problems that exist, the huge potential of UKM is hampered.
Based on the existing phenomenon, the author is interested in conducting research on
"Descriptive Analysis of the Impact of Community Service Implementation on Culinary Small
and Medium Enterprises (UKM) in Pancoran District, South Jakarta. This research is an
exploratory descriptive study conducted for 3 months (February to April 2020). The data
collected is in the form of qualitative data taken from the answers to the questionnaire which
can be made quantitative by making a score on each questionnaire. Broadly speaking, the data
consists of primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection through
questionnaires, interviews and observations. The dimensions of community service are funding
extension, 5R counseling, and online marketing. From the results of data processing, it was
found that funding counseling was 92% (strongly agreed), online marketing counseling was
92% (strongly agreed), and 5R counseling was 78% (agreed). The overall composition of
funding counseling is 35%, online marketing extension is 35%, and 5R extension is 30%.
