Samratulangi5Abstract: This research aims to investigate the influence of intellectual capital, social networks, and financial capital on the performance of social entrepreneurs in West Java, with a sample size of 300. The research adopts a mixed-method research design, which includes qualitative and quantitative phases. The qualitative phase involves conducting in-depth interviews with social entrepreneurs in West Java, while the quantitative phase entails surveying social entrepreneurs in West Java. The research findings indicate that intellectual capital, social networks, and financial capital have a significant impact on the performance of social entrepreneurs. The implications of these findings for social entrepreneurship in West Java are also discussed.Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Social Networks, Financial Capital, Social Entrepreneurship Performance.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh modal intelektual, jaringan sosial, dan modal finansial terhadap kinerja wirausahasosial di Jawa Barat sebanyak 300 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian dengan mixed-method, yang meliputi fase kualitatif dan fase kuantitatif. Tahap kualitatif dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan wirausahawan sosial di Jawa Barat, sedangkan tahap kuantitatif dilakukan dengan melakukan survei terhadap wirausahawan sosial di Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal intelektual, jaringan sosial, dan modal finansial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja wirausaha sosial. Implikasi dari temuan ini untuk kewirausahaan sosial di Jawa Barat juga dibahas.Kata kunci: Modal Intelektual, Jaringan Sosial, Modal Finansial, Kinerja Wirausaha Sosial
