Abstract

Ahmad Faiz. NIM: 200203168. LAPORAN PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI PADA PT NUCLA MITRA INDOINDAH DI JAKARTA SELATAN Tugas Akhir, Jakarta : Politeknik APP Jakarta. Juni 2024.

Laporan Tugas Akhir ditujukan untuk mengetahui alur kegiatan di divisi PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) pada PT Nucla Mitra Indoindah dalam proses ekspor produk hasil olahan kelapa yang diantaranya adalah coconute shell charcoal, cocofiber, cocofiber dan coconute water yang ditujukan untuk negara- negara dikawasan Asia Tenggara, Australia, RRT dan negara Asia lainnya. PT Nucla Mitra Indoindah sendiri adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi hasil olahan kelapa. Di dalam laporan Tugas Akhir ini akan dijelaskan tentang apa saja pekerjaan utama yang dilaksanakan selama praktik kerja industri, kendala apa saja yang terjadi dan bagaimana solusi yang dapat diterapkan dalam menghadapi kendala saat kegiatan praktik kerja industri di PT Nucla Mitra Indoindah berlangsung. Praktik Kerja Industri dilakukan selama kurang lebih Enam bulan yang terhitung sejak 12 Februari 2024 sampai 17 Juli 2024. Adapun pekerjaan utama yang dilakukan selama kerja praktik di PT Nucla Mitra Indoindah adalah membuat offer letter, memeriksa purchase order, membuat sales contract, proforma invoice, packing list dan invoice. Selama kegiatan praktik kerja industri di divisi PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) juga terdapat hambatan yang diantaranya adalah inventory Control yang kurang optimal, dissinput invoice dan packing list dan kurangnya fasilitas transportasi di Pelabuhan Bitung sering ditemukan saat melaksanakan proses praktik kerja industri. Adapun hasil tugas akhir ini diharapkan dapat membawa manfaat bagi pembaca dan juga sebagai informasi tambahan bagi perusahaan dalam menghadapi kendala dalam proses ekspor di divisi PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory control).
