Abstract

Laelatul Istiqomah. NIM: 170101361. PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER BAHAN BAKU PASIR MALIMPING PADA PT LUCKY INDAH KERAMIK MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP). Tugas Akhir, Jakarta: Politeknik APP Jakarta. Juli 2020.

Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menentukan supplier bahan baku pasir malimping pada PT Lucky Indah Keramik (LIK) menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Perusahaan sering mengalami permasalahan diantaranya terjadi keterlambatan dan ketidaksesuaian pasir malimping, karena supplier tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi penilaian kinerja supplier pada bulan Desember 2019 dihasilkan nilai total persentase kesalahan tertinggi yaitu sebesar 53,3%. Perusahaan kesulitan dalam memilih supplier terbaik, karena perusahaan belum memiliki kriteria yang lebih spesifik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, PT LIK perlu melakukan pemilihan supplier pasir malimping dengan menggunakan metode AHP. Metode AHP adalah pendekatan dasar pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih alternatif terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan. Pemilihan supplier dalam supply chain management merupakan hal terpenting untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dengan cara menggabungkan kriteria yang sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan. Dengan demikian, terjadi keseimbangan rantai pasok yang saling menguntungkan dan diharapkan dapat meminimalkan resiko yang akan timbul. Penambahan kriteria dan sub-kriteria ditentukan berdasarkan kebutuhan perusahaan dan literatur yang kemudian divalidasi oleh pihak quality control dan bagian gudang bahan baku selaku pengambil keputusan. Kriteria dalam struktur hierarki AHP terdiri dari kriteria quality, price, delivery, dan responsiveness. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan prioritas keseluruhan pada metode AHP, maka supplier yang terpilih adalah PDY dengan bobot 0,443. Prioritas selanjutnya yaitu AAS kemudian HBK.
