Abstract

Cynthia Cahyani. NIM: 170101339. ANALISIS PROSEDUR OPERASI PENERIMAAN MATERIAL PADA PT PERUSAHAAN GAS NEGARA (PGN), Tbk. Tugas Akhir, Jakarta : Politeknik APP. September 2020.

Alur Prosedur Operasi (PO) material yang dimiliki PT PGN saat ini mengalami ketidaksesuaian dengan kondisi aktual. Ketidaksesuaian PO material ditunjukkan dari adanya perubahan aktivitas dan perubahan Person In Charge (PIC) dengan kondisi aktual. Laporan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk melengkapi kebutuhan user berupa Prosedur Operasi (PO) material untuk penyusunan sistem aplikasi inventory corporate pada PT PGN. Aktivitas terbanyak yang mengalami perubahan terjadi pada PO penerimaan material kategori terpusat. Tidak adanya evaluasi PO material menimbulkan masalah-masalah lain yang menyebabkan tertundanya penyusunan sistem aplikasi inventory corporate. Sistem aplikasi inventory corporate membantu PT PGN dalam mempermudah dan mempercepat distribusi informasi dan dokumen oleh beberapa divisi. Analisis PO penerimaan material diperlukan sebagai salah satu metode dalam melakukan analisis kebutuhan penyusunan sistem aplikasi inventory corporate. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, komunikasi, dan dokumentasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam pengolahan data. Perbaikan PO penerimaan material menyesuaikan dan menyederhanakan alur sesuai kondisi aktual serta menyesuaikan pihak yang terlibat di dalamnya. Usulan perbaikan yang diberikan berupa PO penerimaan material terbaru dalam bentuk flowchart. Pembuatan PO penerimaan material terbaru digunakan sebagai pemenuh kebutuhan data user dan dokumentasi perusahaan.
