Abstract

Muhammad Rigan Pratama Agashi. NIM: 190302716. LAPORAN MAGANG KEGIATAN CUSTOMER SERVICE PADA PT PINDO DELI PULP AND PAPER MILLS KARAWANG. Tugas Akhir, Jakarta: Politeknik APP, April 2022.

Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan Customer Service PT Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills Karawang beserta kendala dan solusinya. Observasi tentang pelaksanaan tugas dilakukan saat kegiatan kerja praktik yang dilakukan selama tiga bulan. Terdapat tugas rutin dan tugas tambahan yang dilakukan. Pelaksanaan kerja praktek dilakukan langsung ditempat kerja atau tidak WFH di masa pandemic saat ini. Tugas rutin yang dilakukan antara lain berkomunikasi dengan sales support negara India via email perusahaan, menangani keluhan pelanggan region 2 (India) via email perusahaan, mengelola dokumen Free Trade Area (FTA) yang akan diberikan kepada pelanggan, mengelola data Follow Up update order being arranged ke divisi logistic dalam bentuk pivot table. Dalam pelaksanaan kendala yang diperoleh yakni mengenai format dokumen Certificate of Origin (COO) yang perlu direvisi, keterbatasan akses jaringan internet perusahaan, dan sumber daya manusia yang terbatas. Dari kendala tersebut, kemudian diterapkan solusi untuk melakukan revisi format dokumen FTA, memperbarui kebijakan penggunaan fasilitas akses internet perusahaan, hingga melakukan pengembangan sumber daya manusia.
